I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, with a keen interest in relationships, family dynamics and ADHD. My approach is collaborative with you and tailored to you, while informed by therapeutic theory and models to meet your unique needs.
I believe our relationships — past and present — shape the way we see ourselves and others. Whether you’re dealing with a recent breakup, family conflict, or recurring patterns in your connections with others, we can work together to make sense of these experiences and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating.

I bring lived experience of ADHD to my practice, which means I understand how overwhelming it can feel to manage your mind in a world that doesn’t always make space for difference. Whether you come with a diagnosis, a felt sense, or an ability to relate to the experience of overwhelm, distraction, or emotional intensity at times - my experience brings extra patience, curiosity, and understanding, while honouring your unique experience.
I offer individual sessions lasting either 50 or 90 minutes, depending on your preference;
I offer a limited number of spaces for low-cost counselling, using a structured weekly 12 session model. If you feel you may benefit from this, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
